DiPaMat® Legend Ink Paints for the assembly and marking printing, are characterized by the highest opacity. These have been specially developed for use on un- and fully cured solder resists. Applied by inkjet technology, these can be cured quickly with both UV and LED (395 nm, 385 nm and 365 nm). DiPaMat® marking lacquers are non-toxic, ROHS and REACH compliant, halogen-free and contain no volatile organic compounds. DiPaMat® marking printing can be processed on all known inkjet printers.

DiPaMat® Etch Resist
